271. {Rune Series 21} Laguz - Stillness

Welcome back to another Odin's day. We are looking at the rune Lagos' today. Lagos' means lake And we are going to take a dive into the depths of lagoon. Day one. And the quiet. Is where the answers can be obtained. That's not where they are. They are everywhere. But quietness lets them in. Day number two. You never really leave your roots because your roots never leave. You. And the stillness. Is the integration. No matter how tumultuous life becomes there will always be the deeper calm. The integration happens even then. The number three. Is a drawing up from the well of all knowing and releasing it as vibration. Words or action. Out into the world. Loggers as the depths and it is the result of being In the depths. We must dive deep. Sometimes the deeper we dive, the higher we rise. Day four. Loggers as the wisdom from deep listening. Listening not to hear, but to listen. It is the wisdom in the silence. It doesn't make a sound and yet it speaks. Day five. Loggers speaks to surrender. Uh, lake changes with the weather. It yields to the elements, warming, cooling, freezing. Calm like glass. White caps waves of all sizes. Sparkles of sun and Moonlight. Ripples with every rain drop The essence of lake still remains. It's outer appearance changes with the elements at morphs and yields, and yet is always as powerful as it is. It's essence remains. Be as a lake steadfast in your own power and essence and yielding to what is happening around you. So you may continue to flow with beauty and grace. DSX. Like a lake has depth and surface. Our consciousness has depth and surface. It is good to be in both places, not too long in either, but shifting from depth to surface, to depth and back. The life cycle can be seen as depth, just surface to depth. As the wiser one becomes the deeper. She goes returning to the depth from what she came, the step there's always available, but life is meant to experience a different kind of scenery. Bring the depth to the surface and vice versa. Day seven loggers puts you in touch with your watery debts. Your personal well of life. What gives you life? It is found in loggers and must be given time, space, and attention to expand and to grow. It needs stillness. It needs depth. It needs deliberation like the Lotus, then it blooms. Day number eight. You don't always need words or explanations. Oftentimes really every time stillness as enough. You're knowing exists in your nervous system. It is understood without pressure. Stillness release's pressure. Movement releases pressure. Being released as pressure. Thoughts apply pressure. Dane number nine. Sometimes silence is most powerful and you'll pay for asking too many questions. The silence guides without noise.
