The main takeaway I hope you get here is that it gets better - after it appears to get worse. When we look at our wounds, it feels like we're opening them again, but we're doing so in order to clean them so they can heal. If we never look, they will continue to fester and eat away at us from within.

"Everything is right the way it is right now," is a quote by Jared, who texted that to me one night.

Yesterday. I read my journal about UAS with few the rune. Of transformation. And I said, I'm going to take out day number eight tomorrow and embellish on it or expand on it a bit. Here it is again, You can listen to the full episode. Of course. In yesterday's episode two 15. But this is day eight. There is an excavation in death. What has died is not buried. It is rather lifted up, pulled out. This is not a bad thing. The worst is to keep death within festering decomposing one's life. Let death right release. Let life fill the void. I had a situation the other day, where somebody came to me who was in. Trouble. She was not well, and she admitted that. I think part of it, actually. I know part of it. Is that she sought help. Through therapy. But had her first session. And. What happens? When you start to look at what is painful and what has been hidden, or like I said, in here, death held within. When you look at what has died, that you have kept inside you or not fully grieved. It festers. And I told her, I think actually I've mentioned this on this show before, but it is worth bringing up here again. When we look at our wounds. It's like opening them. However. We're opening them to clean them. So they can heal. This feels worse. Before it feels better. Because we're seeing. How this. Death is festering within us. So naturally we want to keep it hidden within us because when we look at it, it hurts. But if we don't look at it, It can never heal. And three things can not be hidden for a long we know this. The sun, the moon and the truth. As much as we want to bury. The things that are in our past. Within us sometimes. We really can't hide. What is there? This is my invitation to you to understand that this too shall pass. Whatever you're going through. If it is ready to rise. See, if you can surrender to the energy and the flow. Of release. And let it. Knowing that you are whole. And that. When you open the spoons to clean it, it can't. Hurt you. Anymore. You are loved beyond belief, beyond words, beyond logic. Until next time. I'm sending all the love. And then somewhere. We'll talk tomorrow.
