264. {Rune Series 20} Mannaz - Community

Happy Odin stay. This is one of my favorite rooms. Energetically Mahnaz we're taking. The trust and the union. Really with self and maybe one other. In a, was the room from last week. And now we're pulling that energy up into an, out, into the community. Mahnaz day. Number one. When you give joy, you receive joy and vice-versa. Received joy received joyfully. And you give joy. You give what you are. You are always giving. What are you giving? Day number two. And what's best for me as best for my community. Manoa's reminds us that to give without receiving is depleting. It creates an imbalance in the ecosystem. On the flip side to receive without giving creates the same imbalance. To work on this first come home. Then come into balance at home. Balance within creates balance without. Day number three, keep elevating elevate with non-judgment and boundaries and reciprocation. Lift everything higher. Keep your energy love stay home. From home, you can give. From not home. You're taking over. Day number four. Stand tall, shoulders back, chest out. What contribution are you making to society? Confidence is the cure for shame. Confidence is knowing you have value and therefore your life adds value to life. And every living and non-living Human and non-human person adds value. How has the potential to add value to life? Day five. Elevate elevate, elevate. Every interaction is an exchange and interaction needs not be a transaction. It is already an exchange. What can you do to elevate your interactions? Joy. What gives you joy? B enjoy and all your interactions and the exchange is elevated. How to be enjoy. Be in awe and wonder. And to gratitude. Day six. The effect of Mahnaz is elevation. It reminds us that we are an integral part of the whole, and it reminds us that we belong and that we matter, and that we are a part of something bigger than ourselves. It does a rune of belonging and elevation. To elevate your spirit or keep it elevated. Day seven. The elevated human recognizes fear for what it is and moves. Anyway, we say there is no fear, but fear is a basic nervous system response. That is all fear is recognition and knowing supersede fear. And when fear is recognized love rules today, because love is always present. Fear cannot influence decisions unless we let it. That is okay. It is another step. The elevated human, both understands her impact and understands that nothing matters. Day eight. The quintessential ruin for business owners, elevate your state. Mahnaz lifts you above ego and keeps you in a state of service. You remember, it's not about you. What you do, what you offer, what you are exchanging from your most elevated state elevates the planet. Remember this you and your most elevated state, whatever that is today is the gift you give. Day nine. Chanting Mahnaz fills you with light. Hope inspiration, this natural state of being human. Self-aware dignified. Love. Filled with light. There is nothing but light to give. Throw out the stones. Light is your nature. Love is your speech. Truth is your song. Sat Nam. So not, it means truth embodied. Or I am truth. When I say, throw out the stones that is from Hawaii, the Hawaiians believe that we're all born. With a bowl of light and we. Who I'm getting chills, but we put stones in that bowl of light and sort of weigh it down and dark in it. We can always release the stones. So.
