249. Speak Authentically, No Matter What

I want to remind you about something today, and that is to speak authentically. No matter what. If you care about the person. Or the situation with whom. You're speaking or within what you're speaking. If it's a situation speak authentically. Because if you don't. The other person. Is not able to see who you are. Therefore. It's so much easier for them to make up. A story about you. A projection of you. That is not true. Because that's what's happening. In any case that's what's happening. When you speak in authentically, they're getting. An inauthentic projection created for themselves of you when you speak authentically. Even if it's hard. Even, especially when it's hard. You're giving them the opportunity. To create. Uh, much more true and accurate projection of who you are. Which gives them the ability to know whether or not you're the kind of person they want to be around. And here's the thing. No matter how badly you want to be around somebody. if they don't want to be around you, that energy is not what you want in your space. You don't want that energy around you. It's not nice. It's not good. It's draining. B. As authentic to yourself as you can be and speak as an authentically, as you can to others. Yes. Some people will drop away from your life. But I guarantee you, those people who drop away from your life. Or more draining than they are. Filling. For you. Or fueling for you. I kept people around you, that gas you up. That give you. Inspiration. Light motivation. What do you need to speak? Not necessarily, what do you want to say? But what wants to be said. Say it. Say it. He'll be glad you did. It might be the scariest thing you do, but guess what happens when you get to the other side of that fear? You're left with you. And I promise you, there's nothing better.
