219. The Ultimate Self-Care

As I traveled the country, I wrote in my journal, you know, this and I wrote on self care On May 18th, 2022. I'd love to know what you agree with here and what you take away or what you would add. Self care is walking two miles to the dentist and back creating an epic dinner. Sharing love with friends. Self care is being present and creating from home. When there's no thought about it. It just creates itself, and you were there. I am so present right now that nothing is wrong or right there is only is. It must be the flow of love. It is strange, a little sharing. What I share it is being shared. I am there, but who is the I that is even there? Things are happening. That is basically all. Can we see ourselves for the flow of energy that we are in this thing that we call life. Working at a large retail store. I just noticed so much. Self-importance. In some of the associates and some of the customers, and it's just like, It's not that big a deal. And. You're not that big a deal. And like, sorry, we don't have this one little thing. That you're looking for for your third house, but obviously you don't have that many problems. So just like, relax. Come home. I be home and a home forms around you. It's a beautiful miracle.
