3 Ingredient Fudgy Nut Butter Brownies

3 bananas ~ 1/2 cup nut and/or seed butter ~ 1/2 cocoa powder

  1. Mash the bananas
  2. Add peanut (or any nut/seed butter or combo) and cocoa (cacao) powder
  3. Line brownie pan with parchment paper, spread batter evenly in pan, preheat oven to 350 Farenheit, and bake for 25-27 minutes
  4. OPTIONAL: Add salt, cayenne, cardamom, cinnamon, ground ginger, etc to taste. You can top with shredded coconut or hemp seeds. You can add nuts or seeds within the brownies. I haven't done this, but feel free to add some chocolate chips if you want to go super-crazy with this.

Let me know how you like them! Ohhh I LOVE topping mine (after they're cool) with coconut manna by Nutiva. These store well in the fridge or freezer.

"Everything is right the way it is right now," is a quote by Jared, who texted that to me one night.

After all that talk of love and logic and authenticity. And. is humanity. Good enough too. Actually forgive each other. I thought. We need to eat some chocolate. So here's a recipe that I absolutely love it. Super easy and no one that I have ever made it for, or given it to you has not liked it. I would say if you're allergic to peanut butter, Probably not for you. Although you can switch out the peanut butter for another nut butter, which I have done. Here it is. These are the ingredients. And then I'll give you my addins because I can't just, I can't, I know. All right. You already know peanut butter. That's one ingredient. Bananas. And cocoa powder. That's it. So. What you do is you take three bananas and you mash them up. The riper, they are the sweeter. They are. And softer. They are. And then you add a half a cup of peanut butter and a half a cup of cocoa powder. Or cacao powder. Same thing. Okay. Mix it all up. I put it in a brownie pan. I usually put parchment paper down. Put it in a brownie pan. And then bake it at three 50. Fahrenheit. For about 25. Maybe 27 minutes. If you want to get crazy like me. You had salt for sure. Always. A little bit of cayenne pepper. And some cinnamon. I have also added cardamom and that's really good as well. One time I used instead of a half a cup of peanut butter. I used two tablespoons of peanut butter, two tablespoons of tahini, which is Sesame seed butter, two tablespoons of almond butter. And two tablespoons of sugar-free. Um, or no sugar added sunflower butter. Those were really good. But you can use any kind of not butter. Or seed butter and yeah, I have also topped them before with shredded coconut unsweetened. And I've also taught them with hemp seeds. And baked them. Like that. Super good. Anyways, enjoy these brownies. They're so, so good. And they're really not bad for you. They're fruit. And not better. And cocoa powder. Super yum. Support the show@buymeacoffee.com slash 1 0 0 ways. And until next time I'm sending you all the love and then some more we'll talk tomorrow.
